Important Things to Know About Your Insurance.
Gateway Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans as a form of payment, as well as self-pay options, so you can receive timely, high-quality care.
Please note that accepting an insurance plan does not necessarily mean we are contracted or in-network with that plan. Coverage, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs are determined by your specific insurance policy and may vary based on whether your plan considers us in-network or out-of-network.
We recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to understand your benefits, coverage, and any potential patient responsibility.

Effective January 1, 2026
Gateway Urgent Care will be out-of-network with UnitedHealthcare and its affiliate plans. We made this difficult decision after years of attempting to secure contract rates that cover the actual cost of providing high-quality urgent care. We remain hopeful that UHC will return to the table with a reasonable, sustainable agreement.
In the meantime, patients with UHC still have out-of-network benefits, and our transparent self-pay and out-of-network pricing is typically lower than what many competitors charge even at in-network rates. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional, affordable care to our community without interruption.
