Immunizations and vaccinations can help protect you against contagious diseases.
Step 2 – Visit
After checking in, a member of our staff will take your vitals and the medical provider will care for your diagnosis. Remember to bring the following items:
- Valid photo ID
- Insurance card (if you have insurance)
- Credit, debit card, cash or personal check for co-pay or self-pay fee
- If you are under 18, you must be with your parent or legal guardian
Step 3 – Check-Out
When your visit is finished, you will receive a record of your visit as well as any aftercare instructions and/or prescription information at the front desk.
Step 4 – Follow Up
Within a few days after your initial visit, you will receive a follow-up phone call asking a few questions to check on your recovery process and inform you if there are any additional checkups needed.
